This was definitely a unique experience but I can't confidently say it was fully worth the steep price. The full tasting menu (studio counter) is $235 per person, with one dish having a $25 upcharge, and wine runs around $200 a bottle. Awed by the food, but disappointed by the service.The highlight was unquestionably the cuisine. Even the speed bumps of some sand/grit in a crab and sourdough noodle dish that shocked one’s teeth, and an uncharacteristically gristly cut of wagyu weren’t enough to fully detract from the cuisine. Absolutely incredible experience! Each course was better than the next. The banh mi was our personal favorite. Madison was really helpful and was easy to talk to. We are excited to visit the Chelsea Market location!!!
