whoever works late night fire her shes rude and lies about orders that are coming in and accepted she accepted my order then canceled my other order after sending me the wrong order the first time saying she couldnt find the name of the order but accepted the other one with the same name then claimed she couldnt find that order either after if was ACCEPTED highly upset and disappointed i spent over 50$ and didnt get anything i ordered.

I always get the Mar y Tierra (land & sea) platter. It's my favorite, I LOVEEE IT. I definitely recommend you try the platter ! The chicken mofonguitos are also good , I just tell them to not add pico de gallo because they're originally made that way. They add a lot of cheese (which I love) so that's my favorite thing about their mofonguitos they have a lot of cheese and a lot of sauce + the plantain is super crispy and thin unlike in other places where they feel uncooked because of how thick they leave the plantains!

I’m leaving one star because I can’t leave zero. The pork was terrible. Had no flavor, it was completely black they either just leave it until is burnt or never change the oil. The chicken was ok but still had no flavor. When I took it back the lady tried taking it back instead of letting me throwing it out.

Is this even a real restaurant? They don’t have the food advertised on their menu, the time it takes for them to make the food is ridiculous, and their customer service is non-existent. We’ve tried them once before and didn’t have a good experience. Thought we’d try again today… Not worth it.There was nobody else in the restaurant when we arrived but we still waited an awkward amount of time for them to acknowledge we were there. We asked for multiple different meals and they said they didn’t have them. Finally we settled for a cheese burger (which seemed to be the only thing they had).When we came back after 20 minutes, the host and chef were arguing about something and told us “hold on”. We waited another awkward few minutes for them to tell us it was going to be another 10 minutes before it was ready and then they started arguing again.In the end it took 40 minutes for the food to be ready. Fries were stale and burger fell apart when we tried to eat it. Plus they gave us the wrong drinks. Not going back.

Jordan is not a dine in. But waiting for my food there you can tell that they are VERY popular. I've also ordered for delivery and the food is always hot upon arrival. Delivery guys are super nice.

I’m sure you can find better food elsewhere. Spent $80 here for a quick TO GO lunch for me and two of my girls. Food was over priced ($7 for a lemonade? Be for real) + my steak was VERY chewy/Fatty and the bottom of the container had a hole due to the heat melting the cheap containers they use causing all the sauce to land on me… if you’re not coming for some quick fries and maybeee a quick burger please spend your money elsewhere. Not worth it at all.

terrible customer service and long delivery wait times for a sandwich. No sense of urgency when you reach out, in fact you will get placed on hold while the person at the register finishes her personal phone convo with someone else and lie about your foods ETA. Not worth the troubles
