Arrived around 7:30pm on Sat 3/16/24.The lights were on, but there were no people in the restaurant and the door did not open because there was a mop stick through the inside handles, preventing the door from opening. Was very disappointed ?
Played music there for a Private event. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decor in back room is very lounge with huge video screens supplying "digital wallpaper". They have a couple of private rooms for dinner groups. Can't wait to go back and actually sit for a full Dinner!

Absolutely love this place. The dishes take you to a different world. Friendly staff. Go online and check the dining table experience. Super recommended to go with your colleagues for a nice night out!

They closed down permenantly the day after our reservation. The menu was uninteressting and very limited. We understood something was wrong. They did not expect us, the menu was different from the web-pages. After a while we was informed that the resturant had it's last day. The waiter was very helpfull and recomended another resturant. It was perfekt. Good food, good service. Try L' Amico
I went there on a Saturday night for a first date, and we had a really nice time. We arrived at around 630 which seems to be early since there were very few people in the dining room. So I think a better time would be around 8 PM, but everything was great including the service and ambience, and the food/cocktails were really good too. The decor is really cool too.
When I booked the reservation the tasting menu was different than what I was served. It was a very expensive experience. Close to $500 for two people not including drinks. The food was disgusting. You are basically in a room with a projector on the wall. It was boring. The lady in the room was not engaging. Not at all like it was described online or the reviews.Expensive, terrible food, terrible experience, over priced. Highly disappointed.

I went here for a work dinner and it was such a cool experience! The food was good and they accommodate dietary restrictions, you just have to tell them in advance! My fave dish was fish!

The primary event contact for our group was Sarah Espaillat. We were a party of 10 celebrating a friend's milestone birthday. The original time slot offered to us was 6:30pm, which was refused. We did opt, however, for an 8:30pm reservation and was told the show/experience would be from 8:30-10:00pm. Evidently, an invoice was actually emailed with the same 6:30pm reservation that was declined. This realization wasn't made until day of, but bear in mind there was a separate, 120-person party happening simultaneously, which was clearly the priority over our smaller party.Considering the reservation was made to include the performance, upon arrival, we were made aware that the show was not happening: a clear miscommunication and frankly, neglect on the part of the coordinator. Okay, so we're here now and must deal. By the time our entire party was seated (at about 9:00pm or so), we began service. From the time of our orders being placed until arrival of food, there was at least an hour in between. Also, many of the dishes came out cold. Some guests requested their dishes to be warmed, as the food was too cool for consumption. And my steak was actually prepared well when I ordered it at medium temperature. Disappointment would be an understatement. In my estimation, the best course of measure would have been to transparently communicate the maxed capacity of the waitstaff and perhaps offer another date or even the option for our group to seek out another venue for the celebration. With my friend, the birthday girl, being satisfied, all mentioned wasn't a dealbreaker for her, since she wasn't fully aware of each hiccup but for my friend's husband who planned the evening plus a few guests (including myself), the communication and customer service equally lacked in our opinion. One plus was how aesthetically beautiful the space was.

This is a really cool restaurant based on Travel Journey theme. We thought we booked the 360 dinner, but did not. Be careful booking online if you want this experience. We ate in the main dining room and the food was excellent as well as the price! Would definitely come back here in the future. The manger and server were both super friendly and definitely excited about the new Journey for this restaurant.

I sent an email over a week ago asking about a menu for allergies for a birthday dinner. No one ever responded so now my opinion of this experience is not so great and I will find another place to go.As a business myself owner I would be upset to learn that people didn't answer emails and made me lose business.
I booked the “journey holiday experience” paying $320 in advance. When I got there I was told the experience was not available as the room where it is hosted was too hot and not comfortable to dine in. After speaking with the manager, It seemed like they never actually had this experience available to begin so I’m not sure why they promoted it and allowed customers to pay for it in advance. However, the manager was apologetic and offered the main dining room with their regular menu as an alternative. It was a lot less expensive than what I paid for but he promised a refund for the difference, so I agreed.I have yet to receive the refund after a week and I have tried multiple times to speak with someone but no one seems to be able to help. The manager is never available and each time I’ve called, someone takes down my information with a promise that I will be contacted and that has not happened. It honestly feels like I was played and promised something they never intended to follow through on.The food was basic considering the price point. My server was very friendly and probably the best part of the dining experience. If you’re looking for a high end dining experience, just go to a Michelin star restaurant. It’s probably the same cost for a much better experience.**** Over 2 weeks later and still nothing from this restaurant****
