My smoothie was given to someone else, so they had to remake it. The second time, they used oat milk instead of almond, left out the dates, and didn’t even fill the cup. I said I didn’t want it because it was made wrong. The Spanish male worker said, “Well what do you want? I can’t give you a refund. Do you want another smoothie? You can write an email. I really don’t care, I already made it twice for you.”
Yes — because you messed up. You gave my smoothie to the wrong person and you made it wrong the second time. Disgusting attitude and immature behavior. Do better with your hiring process.

i love juice generation, each one i go to everyone is super friendly and helpful. u appreciate that. a lot. i was annoyed that equinox got rid of juice generation in some locations.. because they're always getting rid of the good collaborators. but thankful this juice generation still being close enough to get my after gym fix!

This is the good place for to go options. We teach that area sometime before the friends experience because our tickets were booked for a certain time. This shop has healthy options of juices shakes including protein l shakes. I would recommend it for someone who is passing by the store to quickly grab something. However, it is little expensive and is not worth it.
The crew here are very nice and lively. They attended to customers well. I ordered my Juice Gen usual, Hi-Fibe and it was consistently good. These guys deserve a raise!

Great experience! Excellent customer service, great tasting and healthy products, a clean, well-kept, and inviting atmosphere. The workers are super helpful and make you feel welcome as soon as you come in the door. I must acknowledge that Johnny is a ?! Of all my visits, every encounter w/ him he's helping my wellness journey. Gliding btwn the register and making your order, he will go out of his way to help you select a menu item if you're stumped on what to order, don't know which of their products can help address whatever you're feeling, if you have allergies, etc. - just above and beyond!

However, do they compost all the fruits?Also, I think they should make cups bigger and keep the same price, just for the extra juice is left out in every single shake. Is not very eco-friendly. Also, when are we doing paper cups?!You guys can do it ! Please ! Compost! Zero plastic & guve us extra... it is very pricey and we deserve the extra.Estaff was friendly & place was clean.
