Really good smoothies — fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick healthy stop!

I have been going to Juice Generation for close to a decade, and this particular location for around 4 years. Unfortunately the service and quality has been going downhill, to the point where I may start going to the new Playa Bowls in Grand Central. The wait times are always so long even when they aren't super busy and they have numerous people working behind the counter. Sometimes they forget about my acai bowl so by the time they start making the bowl, it is melted. I also always order the PB acai bowl and the amount of peanut butter they add to the top has been smaller in size each time I go...they used to give a good sized dollop!
I’m a frequent Juice Generation customer, but unfortunately this location has been disappointing on multiple visits. There always seem to be plenty of staff behind the counter (5–6 people at times), yet only one person is actually making drinks. This results in long waits, even when the store is packed.
Additionally, I’ve had repeated issues with my orders when requesting milk alternatives.
As someone who is lactose intolerant, it’s very important for me to avoid regular milk. On a few occasions, my drinks were made incorrectly, and I didn’t realize until I was already back at work. Not only is this frustrating since I probably pay extra for the substitution, but it also causes me uncomfortable health issues.
I really hope this location can improve its consistency and attention to detail, because I do enjoy Juice Generation overall and it’s closest.

Good protein smoothies. Clean place with quick service.
Sometimes they give me the extra, sometimes they toss it. They should never just toss it.

Completely messed up my order, some young kid made it but I'll just leave the review instead of telling them.

This location had two tables which is a nice option if you are getting bowls. The P-Nutty protein bowl is fantastic. Friendly service.

i forgot what i ordered but it was refreshing and nice to start the day with. however my friends hated this drink and im not quite sure this small cup warrants a $12 price tag? just sayingggg
This was an ubereats order from Juice Generation. This is supposed to be protein knockout which I often order with chocolate whey protein, but this cup is only half full with the contents flowing like leftover residuals with no consistency and poor quality. I did not even dare to try it looks unsafe and appears to be a mistake that they made to be kind
The juices here are fantastic--always fresh. I usually go for a large of The Professional, Supa Dupa Greens, or Daily Detox, and they never disappoint. However, I'm not a fan of their açaí bowls. The portions are quite small, which makes them less satisfying compared to other options.
It was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to a $13 smoothie I ordered online through the Juice Generation website and immediately after placing order there was an option to change pickup locations so I changed it from Broadway to Central Station (this location). I walk in hoping to pick up my smoothie but the man prompting me told me I ordered to the wrong location and would have to completely re order and spend another $13. I’m confused and explain to him that the Juice Generation branded website allowed me to change it within a minute of placing my order. He dismissed my grievance showed no empathy / acknowledgment of the misunderstanding and insisted the only way to get this resolved is by re ordering “that’s why people just use the app. We’re going to have to ring you up again this is how we do it” … I begrudgingly ordered again reminding him that this is a Juice Generation interface problem. As a customer I was very disappointed and upset “this is not very nice what you’re doing sir.” Simply not classy at all for a well established place such as this. It’s not like remaking a steak, it really would not be a big deal to make me the smoothie from my original ticket like c’mon with the margins this company makes?? After waiting for my smoothie at the end I go sarcastically “thanks for this yeah it’s my birthday so this is a reaaal treat…” awesome thx guys 😀👍🏼 will be asking for a refund on be well…..
