Sadly, this location of Joice Press is closed. October 2024
Charged me the wrong price and then the smoothie was like water. She turned down the person after me and it was 30 min before they closed.
nice smoothie but the staff is not friendly at all, been here 3 times, and every time the customer service was terrible, go buy smoothies everywhere but not here!!
LOVE the blue magic
Staff who’s there on a Saturday is very rude and unprofessional. She sees customers and ignore them and be like she needs to restock. They need proper customer service.

WHAT TO KNOW:Sm. smoothies: $11.00 plus tax (2/24 price)Lg. Smoothies: $14.00 plus taxExcellent packaging. Compostable straws.Recyclable containers. All ingredients are USDA organic. Many nut butter options. Many variation possibilities at no extra cost.Staff are polite but not personable. It was a slow afternoon and I was the only customer there. It would have been nice to have a bit of friendliness but it's NYC so no big deal right?Staff was inexperienced in liquid to ingredients ratios- my smoothie was too thick.Overall not bad but not good. I wasn't impressed by my smoothie or the staff. Just a hyped up cost designer looking smoothie with a mostly unsatisfying taste and texture.
Vegetarian options: Nut butter vegan protein options but I wouldn't know for sure if their blenders are cleaned efficiently after using dairy based protein powders
They staff who works there... really doesn't want to be there ... and that shows sadly on the service ?

My friend is in the hospital at Lenox hill and told me all she wanted was a peanut butter banana smoothie. I looked up the time this location closes, and it said 7. I walked in at 6:18, said hello to the woman at the register and looked at the menu. She then said, “the smoothie bar is closed. We are about to close.”Horrid place and customer service. I had. Ever been and u will never go again.

Beyond slow. Out of several things.
Most likely the worst run JP in the city from my own experience. As I type this (6:30pm on Saturday) they are closed. Closing time is at 7pm. This is t the first time. And even when they’re open, the lights are always dimmed- one would think it was closed. Their card reader is down often. Smallest selection of JP products as well.Your better off walking one more block to the JP market on 3rd Ave
11:47 A.M Arrived to pick up my drink, let the cashier know and she immediately responded with attitude. Headphones on and no hair net in sight. First and last time ordering from here.
Friendly but slow service and extremely disorganized/cluttered location. Won’t be returning.
