Not super clean but the employee was nice. Smoothies were just okay, they use a lot of ice so that is what I tasted the most.

I got a smoothie here today and the server was so rude. She had no knowledge of juice press’ smoothie lines at all and didn’t help at all. She had such a bad attitude. This branch needs to be managed better

Purchased a $11 dollar juice. Wanted to sit and enjoy the juice but needed to use the bathroom. Was told by the incredibly rude girl at the front desk that bathrooms are for guests only. Pretty sure it’s against state law to serve beverages and food and not have a bathroom available. Will definitely be following up with ny city and state.

Please note that this manager, Alex at Juice press brooklyn heights turned away my order Bc she was too busy. Not only to me but to other customers. This is NOT the level of customer service as per your company policy (to provide extraordinary customer service). She not only told me that she is too busy but she threw attitude at me. This is the manager who is in charge of your customers? She should be trained to deal under pressure and she is not a nice person. I have heard

Was craving the green light smoothie from last night and to day, I headed to Juice press first thing in the morning to get my fix. Was so disappointed because THE GREENS IN MY JUICE WERE NOT BLENDED WELL. THERE WERE VISIBLE, BIG PIECES! GROSS! You couldn’t see clearly from the photo but you had to chew with every sip.
Great selection and fast delivery!! Oh and yummy GF DF cookie dough

Right now it's hard to find reliable produce deliveries but Juice Press came through. we got some great quality veggies in a very timely manner. contactless delivery and their updates and tracking were accurate and up to date all day. I asked them a question on Instagram and they answered quickly and clearly. I'll likely order again, thank you.
