Juice Press

Ordered an Açaí bowl, however there was no fruit in my order. Did not include any of the additions of my order. Asked them politely to fix it and the staff was rude and refused to offer my proper order or a refund. Will never be coming here again. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

I'm a happy morning regular at the Grand Central location, and am warmly greeted by Adonica and Edwin each visit. Thanks for the consistency in quality and great customer service!

The best smoothies by far than any other place I’ve ever been (and that is a lot!). I also love their juices, immunity shots, and food. Highly recommend.

Horrible service, went in for a smoothie and the guy making the orders was complaing to his team mate that it's too many orders and need to switch, he then tells all the customers in line (7 people) that the blenders are broke. If he can't handle orders he not be working in a high volume area. Please I hope management really changes things here at this location. I was looking forward to having my morning smoothie. This was at 7:47am

Supper shitty location when I got there the enployees were all on break and store was locked w sign saying on break for another 40 min. I don’t expect them to work 24/7 but to take shifts on break

Juice Press is my go-to spot! Their smoothies are absolutely amazing. I always get the Clean Green smoothie—it’s packed with protein, fiber, and tastes so fresh and delicious. It keeps me full for hours and honestly replaces a full lunch for me. Highly recommend!

**Terrible Service!**

I had a very disappointing experience at Juice Press. The employees were completely unprofessional—they were too busy on their phones, playing around, and even dancing instead of attending to customers. It’s unacceptable to ignore clients who are waiting to be served.

The lack of attention and poor service made what should have been a quick and easy visit frustrating. If you’re paying premium prices for juice, you should at least expect basic customer service.

I won’t be returning unless they seriously improve their staff’s attitude and work ethic. Very disappointed!

Overpriced dump $17.00 for a large shake.

Nope not coming here again. Staff are miserable and unfriendly. THEY screwed up my order and had the audacity to get mad at ME for saying they made me the wrong one! No smile, no greeting, no apologies, nothing. NEVER AGAIN. Too expensive so I can be treated badly over their unprofessionalism.

Staff were nice but my gosh the coconut soup I got was literally the worst lunch I’ve ever had in my life (mealpal) - I was expecting a light orange looking soup not this abomination (had the consistency of heavy sludge, tasted like burnt lentils and uncooked spices)

The smoothie was too thick to drink and i got food poisoning. Dont go.
