This place is usually my go to, but today’s experience changed that for me. I walked in and it smelled like the someone had been smoking green. I honestly do not mind, but that space is way too small to smoke in there. Not to mention food is being sold. When I walked up to check out the girl at the desk was listening to her phone on what felt like max volume. Idk it was just a strange experience. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I left there very confused LOL

Even as a smoothie connoisseur, I didn't recognize half the ingredients on the menu the first time I went here. Now, I'm so hooked. The staff is always so kind here. It's not the fastest option always and the store is a little cramped, however the drinks are always delicious. Highly recommend the Blue Magic drink!!!

I used to go here every weekend in the morning but now every time I go they are unpacking boxes and screaming at 10:30am. One time it was a really hot day and they made a few of us wait outside for our smoothie. I wish it was more welcoming because the smoothies are good.

We ordered two clean green smoothies, one of them with dates and one of them with maple. They gave orders at the same time without indicating which one is which. When I asked the answer was “I don’t know. maybe this one or.. wait not this one.” How irresponsible is that! We could have allergies. They offered to change one of them even though they didn’t know which one is which. Horrible customer service with textureless smoothies.

Terrible place, I asked for my change and they accused me of not paying. The stuff working in there, need to stop texting and playing with theyre fun. I also asked to check the camera for the false accusations and they refused to check.

Love juice press as a concept. Great alternatives for healthy organic snacks and smoothies. Tastes great too! But the customer service could be improved. Most times when I walk in, I get the impression I’m burdening the staff by asking for a smoothie or açaí bowl. Almost every time I’ve visited the store, it comes across like they don’t want to be there. Additionally, I’ve walked in between 8:30 - 8:40 various times and they wouldn’t serve me a smoothie or açaí bowl, 20-30 minutes before closing. I get people want to go home and it’s been a long day, but why advertise you’re open until 9 then? Close at 8:30.. just my two cents. Hopefully employee morale can be boosted.

My phone completely shut down. I purchased a new phone and the team was able to transfer all my images and contact to my new phone. Excellent service. They were able to calm me down as I thought I lost precious memories. Excellent service and will go again

I go to this juice press location multiple times a week on my lunch break. This is my first review here because I need to shout out Diana. Multiple times, I’ve come in for a pick up and Diana is the only one in store, servicing multiple people with a smile. It’s never a negative for me to wait - as it’s out of her control. Again, I love coming to this location, I just wish the staff had more support.
