Pressed never misses. Anytime I’m in a city with Pressed, I HAVE to go. The vanilla freeze is only 3 ingredients, almond milk made in house, dates, vanilla extract. Can’t beat that!

Stopped by for a bowl, they didn’t have açai so I tried the tropical blend and it was actually really good. The sweet woman there Luisa told us we can try a few of the beverages on ice with cups, which we happily did. Overall great atmosphere delicious bowls Will definitely return.

The store manager, Luisa and employee Kiara are just great. To start, the store is always super clean which I love to see. The team is also very knowledgeable - I came in these and I was educated on the different juices and shots. After getting such good service, the store manager Luisa invited me to become a member and I will definitely have my $10 a month used towards future purchases! This store is now my favorite.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the Pressed Juicery on 1st Avenue, NY. On Friday, January 3rd, 2025, at around 10:15 AM, I encountered an employee whose behavior was both unprofessional and unpleasant.
After purchasing a Press Immunity juice, I asked for a bag and mentioned that I planned to take one of the drinks they had near the door due to its soon-to-expire date. I had been informed previously that customers could take up to two of these drinks. However, as I picked one up, a staff member approached me aggressively, demanding I return the drink. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh, and she loudly stated that the drinks were for sampling only.
This interaction left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers. The situation could have been handled with a simple explanation if there had been a change in policy. Instead, her rude demeanor has deterred me from returning to this location.
I want to clarify that the African American lady working there was kind and welcoming, and my issue is solely with the other employee. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service practices in the future. Please listen and watch the video footage to see this extremely unpleasant experience
