Walked in at 4:20 and was told the smoothie bar was closed. Bought a pre-made juice but was disappointed in the overall experience. Perhaps a sign would help so I don’t feel like I am being denied a service.

It's really not a juice press store it's more of a smoothie making store and the juices they do have in the refrigerator, yeah it doesn't taste like it's fresh it tastes like it's been sitting there in the fridge for a while and for them to charge a lot of money for something they didn't even make in store it's ridiculous.

Stopped by during the lunch rush and saw one person working alone, she was incredible. 5 stars to her. Despite nonstop smoothie orders and some impatient customers, she stayed calm, professional, and efficient. Major credit to her for holding it down solo.

That said, it’s completely unfair to expect one person to manage everything during peak hours. Shame on Juice Press for not properly staffing the store. This kind of pressure isn’t sustainable and doesn’t reflect well on how the company supports its employees.

It’s listed as closing at 4:45 - Walked in at 3:30, was told smoothies/bowls aren’t available because they’re closing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you close at 4 but stop serving at 3:30 just change your hours. I get wanting to go home, but it’s called work

This is our go-to breakfast when visiting Manhattan. Smoothies are delicious and healthy. Service is always friendly. 😊

It’s a scam. Went to pick us an order I had made since the day before from the “too good to go” app. Store was closed.

Ordered for pickup. Got text it’d be ready at 4:22. At 4:25 I got there and the place was closed lights off and not a soul inside to tell me where my juices or refund was! Says online that they close at 4:45. I kinda get not taking orders 20 mins before close but they took my order and my money and told me what time to pick it up, so show me the juice!!

Update: I wrote to customer service and they immediately refunded me and apologized and appreciated my taking the time to write to them so they can do a better job. I heart you, juice press!

This is literally the 4th coconut I’ve purchased that isn’t fresh and tastes rotten. I am such a sucker for them have my own opener and I have my boyfriend buy them from their fridge on the way back from the Wework and now I feel silly bc I keep buying these old coconuts from this juice press and then throwing them away after opening them.

I did not have a great experience today. It took 20 minutes to make my smoothie with only one person in line before me. And when I went to drink my Blue Magic smoothie, there were pieces of plastic in it. Needless to say I won’t be back.
