Just a heads-up for anyone who frequents the Juice Press on W 34th St (between 8th & 9th Ave):
A few weeks ago I found a hard plastic shard in my Blue Magic smoothie from that location — after paying nearly $20. This came after a previous visit where the overnight oats I bought were spoiled and the staff was openly rude. I reported both incidents to Juice Press customer service, but despite promises that they were “looking into it,” the same employees remain at the store and I’ve received no meaningful follow-up.
I’m posting this so others can be aware — this wasn’t just poor service, it was a serious food safety issue.

Store closes at 6 pm. At 5:04 they had already shut down the smoothie Bar- nothing was broken (I asked)- they just didn’t want to make smoothies or bowls. An hour before closing time. There were at least two staff there - Mott st nyc location. I live right on this block and used to buy from here several times a week.
Now it smells like chemicals, staff isn’t nice, out of stock for many items most of the time.
