Stopped into for a quick snack and received excellent service by Beatriz. She helped us with an issue we were having with our app and was very patient. Really cool. The manager (I think) Nelson and Ariella (spelling?) were also friendly. Will definitely return.

I’ve been a customer here for a long time since I work across the street, they recently changed staff and they are so rude to customers. They don’t acknowledge you and are always on their phones, I have to ask if I can please order. The first time I just thought they were having an off day, the second and third time realized that’s the new normal and just their customer service.

I’ve been a customer here for a few weeks now. It’s a bit pricey but at least the smoothies taste good. Today, I tried to get a green smoothie with add-ons as labeled in their sign. However, the cashier says it’s not free. Either remove that from the menu or update your system. Otherwise, it’s false advertising and not a good good.
Dreadful service. Decided to close 4+ hours early because they felt like it, even though I had already placed a Doordash order. Will not be returning. Go by the store now, will show “open until 8pm” on their locked doors with employees avoiding eye contact.

Just ordered a couple of smoothies (watermelon mango and mango passion) and they came out amazingly! The staff that made them was super helpful and she made the smoothies very quickly. Thank you! ????

Big fan of Juice Press, but tell me how I went to order and the gentleman was literally on his phone while I was ordering. Please, please management come and train your staff. I normally don't like writing bad reviews but this is probably the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. You can do better than this, Juice Press.
