I usually go for the smoothies and health shots (which are A1!! - the freshest and healthiest smoothies I’ve ever had). Today I ordered a hot plate (grilled chicken, brown rice and black beans, purple cabbage, and plantains).. OMG! Lol. I had no clue the food was as good as it was. I HIGHLY recommend! EVERYTHING is good.

I’ve been to a lot of smoothie shops in nyc and can honestly say that this place is the very best. The smoothies taste amazing and they don’t use purées. They actually put real mangos and sea moss in the smoothie. They also have vegetarian options like soy stir fry for the wraps for vegans and vegetarians. Prices are extremely extremely reasonable for the quality.

The food is really good but the service is sooooo slow. I always call and order ahead, at least 30 minutes, and still have to wait upon arrival. They recently renovated the place but took seating away which wasnt the best idea considering long wait times.

There was also a gentlemen who was on his lunch break and kept asking how long until his food would be ready. Whoever is answering the phone should consider not telling people the wait will be 15-20 minutes...
