loved my dinner here! tried a lot of dishes that were amazing but i especially loved the uni mushroom ramen & the pork bone ramen. will def be coming back to get them again and especially in the winter for some warm ramen!

Ambiance (4/5): The venue is extremely small with most tables being able to seat 2, only 2 tables can fit 4 or 6. Seating for larger parties will depend on the timing. No reservations available unless they are for parties of 6 or more and also before 6pm. It is brightly lit inside. It was awesome to be able to see right into the kitchen and also bar seating that is right next to the kitchen opening. The bathroom is hidden against the wall. The seats did not have backs so not super comfortable and just overall felt cramped. Service (5/5): Staff members were very nice and attended to us throughout the meal. Spicy Pork Ramen $21 (2.5/5): While the pork broth was very umami, the ramen fell flat for me. Maybe it was the type of noodle or perhaps it was the amount of sparse toppings (half of an egg, hardly any bamboo slices, slices of wood ear mushroom, and green onions). The pork was extremely tender and seasoned well but there was only 2 small pieces. My friend who dined with me said the same thing, that ultimately something was missing and we didn’t know what it was. For the price point of $21, it didn’t feel worth it.

Pretty delicious ramen. I got the spicy miso and the broth was really good. The Pork bone is even better (a friend got that one and I tried it). Noodles were perfect texture. Great service. Only drawback is how small the space is.

Love Jun Ramen my girlfriend and I have gone every other month. We joke to ourselves that we would love for Jun Men to cater our wedding because we just can’t get enough. I enjoy the atmosphere because it’s not too loud, it’s intimate, it doesn’t smell like food or you don’t leave smelling like food. Great portion sizes and pleasant staff attendees. The bathroom is great as well. Love the Spicy Miso pork and chicken, the Veggie Ramen, (Uni Mushroom Ramen)don’t sleep on it. Top Tier!!

This is one of my favorite ramen places in the city since they had this great vagi ramen. But this time, it was really disappointing. The noodle was kind of hard, and the mushrooms were a little mushiness. Vegetables were still raw, soup was not hot... I asked them to cook it more, and they insisted on making me another one instead. I really didn't feel comfortable to waste the food, so I said that's OK. but they had started... I understand that and appreciate their effort, but the thing was that they endup brought me with almost the same thing. The noodle was still hard, and to me, everything needed to cook more... I miss the way they did it before. I don't know if I want to go there again.
