The service was excellent. So was the ambiance. The food was however surprisingly all over the place.
Striped jack: this one was excellent, both the fish and the sauce it came with. Highly recommended!
Scallop: unsatisfactory. The three pieces of scallop were simply not fresh enough. The citrus emulsion didn't do anything.

This has been my fav restaurant for 6 years straight. Doesn't matter where you go, the NYC location or Seoul, Jungsik just never disappoints. They only offer the best of everything, and I have always been blown away every time that I dine at Jungsik.

The toilet was not automatically flushed so probably the last guest forgot to do that. Perhaps they should add an automatic flushing feature in the bathroom even though it was already a high end multi functional toilet.
