Would avoid this location if possible. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, clearly were not interested in good service. When we sat down the waitress looked very moody and just said “What do you want?” Instead of “hi, how’s your day?” For example. The food was ok, but the drinks were spilling down the cup… let’s just say that there are much better places to go ?.

I was staying at W hotel on Times Square and it’s only couple of min walk from Times Square. Loved the breakfast. Cheesecake was amazing. Service was great. Would love to go back.

Would avoid going here again. Restaurant staff were clearly not really interested in good service. Sat down and the waitress came over and said “what do you want”? No smile, no how are you today etc blah blah blah. Drink eventually came, hot chocolate and cream all down the side of the cup and in the saucer, coffee was crap. Food very mediocre for the price. Did not give a tip!! Wish I had gone to the little diner I went to yesterday. Hey ho, you live and learn!

We visited Juniors for lunch and really enjoyed it ! Our waiter was very nice and advised me very well on beer choice !! The food was very good, though the Fish n chips wasn't quite as good as I hoped but was ok . My children all enjoyed their lunches ,and my wife had the biggest salad you have ever seen !!

Beautiful cheesecake! I came here solely for this reason and wasn’t disappointed by the beautiful taste. I got the Apple crumble flavour. Quite pricey just like everything in NY so maybe shop around.
We booked the online wait list so once we got to the restaurant we were seated promptly. The restaurant was very busy but our server Kervin was fantastic. The food was good and offer very large portions. I recommend eating a light meal so you have room for dessert because the cheesecake is delish. We unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert after dinner, but we did stop in later that night for a midnight snack of cheesecake before returning to our hotel - and we’re happy we did!

Stayed at the Marriott Marquis and Junior's was right across the street. Walking distrance to broadway shows and right in heart of Times Square. No reservations were allowed but we were able to sit at the bar immediately which was nice. The food was great. Had Matzah ball soup, brisket sandwich and you cannot leave without trying the cheese cake. We had the chocolate mousse cheesecake. Amazing. They have a bakery next door to the restaurant so you can always just come back for dessert. Highly recommend.

We were recently in NYC for four days, and we ate at Juniors everyday! We ate lunch, dinner, breakfast, and after a play. We thought the service was great and the food was delicious- the grilled cheese is my favorite. The omelette at breakfast was so big that it could have fed two people. The location is great as it was just a block from our hotel. There is always a crowd, but they move the line quickly and efficiently!

My mother and I recently completed a day trip to NY. This was her first time visiting the state/city and I wanted her to experience some of the highlights, such as, Time square. I reached out to one of my friends for their opinion on the best budget restaurants in the city, because of the rain it made it a little difficult to navigate on foot. So, we decided to jump on a hop-on-hop-off tour bus to help us the city and utilize our few hours we had in the city that never sleeps. We unfortunately forget to check the weather forecast because it was definitely a rainy Monday, but we made the best of it. I have had the World famous Junior's cheesecake, but I have never actually ordered any food from the establishment, with that being said we decide to dine in at Juniors. She and I ordered the steakburgers with cheese. I added a strawberry milkshake to my order also. I was very satisfied with my meal. The burgers and the fries were fresh and the milkshake was rich and creamy. I also ordered a slice of strawberry cheesecake for the road. The bottomline is that we had a great experience at Junior's. Our waiter was nice and helpful and the food was good. I will definitely recommend giving this location an opportunity, they are so much more than just cheesecake. Fyi, if you've ever had a slice of cheesecake from Junior's words can not give this dessert any justice, take the opportunity to find a seat and eat.
