We were lucky to be there when it was quiet and no wait. Service was great. They have $16 cocktails that are in 20oz cups, which in Times Square is a value. This newer outpost was clean, polished even given the foot traffic it sees. $10 slice of cheesecake is a must, and you will pay that for any dessert anywhere, so don't be cheap here and grab a piece to go if you're full or on the run. Had the burger with pastrami, was a big burger and it was good! Saw the milkshake with the cheesecake slice on top, for $21 is was pretty epic, but not a great value IMO.
Pro Tip- plan for a wait or get on the wait list and walk around, or hit them during off hours like 2-4.

Giving this a 2 star only because of the rude lady standing at their front desk. As soon as we entered, we asked her to add us to the waitlist and literally stood at the desk for over 30 minutes after which she started to deny she ever had us on the waitlist. Even after seeing we had an infant and ignoring the fact that we were literally in front of her the whole time, she instead moved us aside and ignored very rudely even after we kindly requesting her to accommodate. We couldn’t leave as we had an infant and it was snowing, and waited another 20 minutes for the table, spoiling the entire experience for us. I would request Juniors to make their staff show some empathy and gratitude towards customers specially the front desk which seemed to lack basic courtesy itself.

Junior’s Restaurant & Bakery never disappoints. We ordered the carrot cheesecake and the crumb apple pie cheesecake, and both were absolutely delicious — rich, comforting, and classic Junior’s quality. The restaurant was still beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the atmosphere feel extra cozy and festive. Service was good, and the location right in Times Square is unbeatable. Whenever I’m in Times Square, Junior’s is always my go-to for cheesecake.

Juniors is the place to be if you’re looking for a bar service in the early hours where most places aren’t serving. They also have an incredible breakfast menu to boot. If you sit at the bar on a weekend, Jesse Taylor is the most awesome bartender you could ask for in time square; she remembered my tourist-self 3 months later like we were old friends. I recommend the Mermaid Pilsner, in a chilled glass it’s one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Junior’s on 49th is a must every visit for breakfast hour.
Always a NYC stop. Great food

A super crowded place right in the heart of Times Square. On the plus side, despite the huge crowds, we managed to get seats at the bar right away in the evening. The cheeseburger and the Swiss burger we ordered were totally underwhelming — nothing special at all. We also ordered a Manhattan cocktail, and it tasted like straight whiskey. We paid $90, but overall the place felt very mediocre.

Go to Eileen’s instead
This wasn’t my first time here, and I came back specifically for their cake shakes - just like last time. The chocolate cake shake with whipped cream and a chocolate cheesecake on top is incredibly sweet and absolutely delicious.
Since we were hungry, we also ordered a burger and a philly cheesesteak, and everything was great. The place has a beautiful classic American style, lots of space, and very friendly staff.
The location is perfect right in the center of New York, near Rockefeller Center. It’s a great spot to stop by for a tasty meal or dessert while walking around and enjoying the area. Highly recommend! 🍔🥤✨

The cheesecake is amazing! We went for dinner and came back another night for dessert because we were too full. The hamburgers were delicious. The chicken salad sandwich was awesome! Service was great even with them being insanely busy! We came back to get cheesecake to go. We got plain, strawberry and a slice of chocolate fudge cake. Expect a wait at peak times. Pricing is in line with other restaurants in NYC. The food and cheesecake are worth it!

I was absolutely blown away by how incredibly flavorful the food is. Every dish we got was so good, I wanted to eat till I threw up 😂 I will 10000% be coming back. It’s not expensive and the portions are giant!

One of our favorite restaurants in NY. Simple but reliable, delicious, quality food and desserts.
This location is not as spacious as the original in Brooklyn, but that's to be expected here. We were surprised to find it lacks the all day breakfast menu but there's still lots of options for each meal.
