My sister & I recently visited our hometown NYC and met some old friends at Jupiter for lunch. We had a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful restaurant adjacent to the Rockefeller Center skating rink with views of the rink while you're dining. It certainly put us in the Christmas spirit. We had the pleasure of dining at Jupiter with our children and grandchildren Dec 1 and what a wonderful experience it was. The service was impeccable and the food absolutely delicious. A little remodel as you enter might be good, but once inside, it was great.
We had reservations and when we checked in we requested to be seated inside but that request fee on deaf ears. The taste of the food was good but plan on eating again after you have dinner. The portions of the pasta entrees were minimal and very over priced for what they gave you. A $30.00 simple pasta dish should be filling to say the least. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating and his service ( Nick) was very good.
