Decided to get salad today and ordered their new Pesto Shrimp Bowl, but totally regret this decision. Firstable, the customer service is awful, I was almost skipped my turn by the lady who prepared my salad which I found insulting, then I was charged almost $19 for a tiny Bowl full of spinach, 5 shrimp and a slice of avocado. I'll never get food from this place again in this location or any. Total rip off.

Never go wrong here. Every salad I have ordered has fresh and delicious combinations. I ate in the restaurant and took one to go. Clean space. Seats were spread out so it’s comfortable to eat in. My salad preparer - Armani F. - was very sweet. I just had a hand procedure at the hospital down the block and she was very careful and helpful when packing and handing it to me in a way I could carry it. Very kind and considerate - and she made a delish salad which i needed to keep my minds off the pain ?.
Vegetarian options: Buffalo cauliflower is delish!!!

I go to this Just Salad a few times a week. The employees are always super kind, very respectful, and the good is great. Specifically, Armana Faison is always amazing. She is positive, asks how I am doing, and is fast with the salad.
Had a great spicy wrap here, with the service being top-notch. Alexandra especially was very positive and upbeat.

Every time I visit Just Salad at this particular location (3rd ave & 39th), it’s ALWAYS a great experience. First and foremost, the food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean. Although I really enjoy the food, the friendly staff keeps me coming back. I truly dislike spending my money where the customer service is poor. Not at this location, the customer service is always superb and that’s what keeps me coming back. In particular, a staff member named FeFe is hardworking, professional and very efficient. Her contribution to the Just Salad team at this location has not gone unnoticed. I’ve seen her operate under pressure at lunch rush hour and is impressive.

Base: Now I’m pretty sure I won’t recommend the black bean as the base. It was dry.
Protein: chicken was a classic. The braised one is better, more flavors and not dry.
Topping: ✨mushroom was a highlight.
Sauce: the smoky poblano ranch was good although I expected it to be spicy. At least it could be a good option for someone else.

Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at this place. One of the managers was extremely rude to one of the employees. It was almost like bullying. The manager kept picking on the young girl, telling her to clock out and go to work at another store. She was being so harsh that the girl was almost in tears. The manager should have handled the situation differently, especially in front of paying customers. I felt awful for the young girl making my wraps. Please treat your employees with respect!

The quality of the food wasn’t good. I order a Peruvian bowl; the rice was hard, the avocado was hard. Ordered the protein power; the proper dressing was missing, they were out of bread. Service lacked productivity. Everyone running around like chicken without heads. The girl told me I could pay prior to receiving the salad, then complained to the cashier saying she needed a slip to charge me. Lobby was dirty
