Their salads and dressings are surprisingly good. Also very hygiene conscientious - one employee had to sneeze at one point (found out later his name is Ibrahima) and he stopped, washed his hands, and changed his gloves before coming back to finishing working on the salad he'd been making me. Really appreciate that it's as important to the staff as it is to me.
