DO NOT EAT HERE! My friend just bought a Pesto Shrimp Bowl from Just Salad in the Financial District located at 100 Maiden Lane. She was enjoying her salad until she started to mix the salad and found not one, not two but three bugs in the salad!! It was disgusting! We immediately brought the salad back and they gave her a full refund. But we are still upset about the situation!
I wonder how many bugs she ate and how many other people ate bugs today? She is waiting for guest relations to reach out to her about the matter.
After researching the bugs appear to be some type of ladybug beetles ?????

Ordered for pick up and when I got to my destination there was NO CHICKEN. Just lettuce, avocado, and egg with balsamic dressing. From the reviews, I see this isn’t the first time they forget to add the chicken. Not enough time to go back and forth to the store on a break. Highly disappointed.

Better than Sweetgreen in my opinion. The salads are fresher and more balanced. I’m still a harvest bowl fan at SG but decided to give Just Salad a try via UberEats BOGO promo. The kale Caesar salad was yummy with just the right level of dressing. I had the crunchy Thai salad last night and was quite pleased too. Had a smoothie while waiting for my order and it was good though a bit bitter due to the spinach which I like but others may not be a fan of.Lastly, the evening supervisor and the staff (around 7-8pm) are just really nice and accommodating. Counters were clean and kept organized. Kudos to the team!
