The salads are good, great customization options. They have forgotten my lemon in the Caesar salad the last 2 times I've ordered and I'm back at my office when I notice, not sure I want to order from here again.

I was here in May looking for a fast salad spot to grab dinner and this was perfect! Prices were cheap, food was fresh, and service was friendly. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Location is convenient, right at the edge of Times Square. I was disappointed that they were out of jammy eggs when I was there, but oh well- the salad was still amazing.

Das war der schlechteste Caesars salat and Honey-Wrap den ich ich je in New York gegessen habe. Ich esse den jeden Tag und probiere immer andere Restaurants/Delis aus. Das war echt furchtbar.

One of the worst foods I have ever eaten. Also, the server was yelling at me to order. Told her I needed a minute as this was my first time in. The second guy was much nicer, but skimped on the protein. He counted out 4 tiny pieces of half nuggets in front of me lol.

Was greeted by the young lady but the guy that serviced me Santiago C has bad customer service and was a rude in a way that’s not acceptable to a customer.
I was introduced to the Too Good To Go app by my coworker, which allows us to reduce food waste simply by making a purchase. I tried it out today, and the cashier yelled at me in front of everyone. I have never felt more humiliated than that. Of course, I returned the food to her, and I will never use that app or go back to that store again, but man, it hurts so much to feel that way for nothing.

Crispy poblano salad was amazing. The atmosphere however was ruined the experience. The team leader/manager was loud, noisy and obnoxious...she kept yelling at her staff every 5 minutes. Very disruptive and chaotic atmosphere and very difficult to dine in here with all the yelling.
