I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey

I order from this salad bar not for the first time. But today when I ordered for $14.99 salad + protein smoothie they charged me for $22, which the cashier made a mistake, yes, he apologized, offered a salad for free, but I can buy myself lunch. But when I got home, the salad turned out to be spicy, it is impossible to eat, I feel sick after spicy. When I left, the employees laughed at this situation. I wish you would treat customers more seriously🙏 sometimes people walk around hungry all day doing things so that they can quickly eat a salad on the way and not ruin their mood after a hard day

I had the opportunity just recently to eat at Just Salad HARLEM, was very happy to see JS and try . Im trying to eat healthy by also food with flavor. Wasn't sure what to order.The Server by the name Kashif. Help decide what to order with out being pushy. He ask my likes and dislikes. We build a bowl that I truly ENJOY. Kashif was very knowledgeable plasent and his service is what we need to see more of. I will be going back to js FOOD 100 SERVICE 100

Horrible!! I ordered a crispy chicken poblano. There was no chicken in my salad but tomatoes i'm not sure why. No lime like I asked. I worked at JS so this is horrible that my order couldn't be made the way it was supposed to be made being that it was not a build your own salad its a salad that has been on the menu for years!!!
Cherish is an amazing worker!! She got my order corrected after someone messed up my order again.
