I was very happy with my experience visiting this location. I went in Saturday and I wasn’t disappointed. I want to especially shout out to the girl. I think her name was Fatty?. She had a scarf on the Muslim girl anyways she was excellent. She made me a crispy chicken poblano and it was so good that I had her make me another one. She was really nice and extremely patient with me. I could tell that she was really exhausted because she said she was fasting as well and she looked tired, but that didn’t stop her from smiling throughout the whole thing and while eating, I saw her with the other customers and she was just excellent All I would definitely Recommend this place.

They get "an" order out, but it has not been the "correct" order in the last FOUR times we have placed Grubhub orders for this specific location. It's kind of comical at this point, and I think we've pretty much given up hope. First it was the wrong soup, twice it was an allergy request modification they simply ignored, and then it was incorrect ingredients. Ridiculous. And I can see from other reviews it happens to other locals too.

This will be my last time coming to this place. Ordered a salad and the person that made it acted like he had better things to do. Ad t to it ff this fol put the whole line on top of my salad instead of squeezing it and putting the juice on top of y salad. If you don't want to work then stay home.Dietary restrictions: No one should come here.

What happened to you Just Salad?How does someone ruin a Caesar salad?Driest chicken ever, bowl less than half full, soggy greens.To top it off, I requested added avocado. I searched far and wide in my bowl and found a pea sized lump of avocado. I spent $15 for thai salad. Maybe I'm the stupid one. Avoid this place like the plague, make your own salad.

Pretty good but I do think it's overpriced. Getting the soup and salad doesn't make sense $ wise since you're basically getting half of a salad. You might as well pay a couple $ more and get a full sized salad with a soup
My family routinely enjoys just salad, but customer service seems to have hit a new low with this company. They seem to hate families. They have a policy that if my family isn't present, I can't order from their children's menu for my 10 yr old. That seems to make sense?! The response from the workers is that if you don't like the policy, just leave. To the owners of Just Salad, it's hard raising a family and it's expensive. Having policies like this, which then forces me to pay more for extra food that my child can't possibly finish, is ass backwards and lacks any sort of understanding of one of your regular demographics that routinely comes to your restaurant. Picking up food for your family is a part of life, especially after a busy day, and it's clear your company hasn't considered any of the above.

There’s a reason I prefer the Chipotle in that area than to this Just Salad location. I had asked for a customized California Cobb salad and the girl completely forgot to add my chicken. I went over my order twice with her and she stared at me like she’s never heard a customized order before. When I came back after seeing the chicken was missing in my salad, two team members were smirking at me and laughing. Extremely rude behavior. At least the cashier was nice enough to bring me the chicken.

I recommend NOT to order from here especially not online orders. I’m paying 15 for a salad that doesn’t have 7 of the toppings I added or dresssing!! How do they forget dressing. 2-3$ extra for tofu and there’s no tofu added.. I love just salad but this location is the worst. It’s like the employees throw in whatever and call it a day. Terrible.
