This time the vibes were harmonious!
I was there Thursday 7/17 and it was a much better atmosphere then the times I had been in the past and the salad taste better too.
I asked the young woman with glasses if she was the manager, because her energy was that good.
I really appreciated the more positive leadership and environment.

Stopped by the location on 56th and Lexington and Michael was a big help with me choosing a salad. He was very polite and the store was clean.
I had to update. My salad was so good. Michael recommended the Buffalo chicken and I did some add on. It was delicious and just enough dressing. I hate when my salad in soaked with dressing.

Daniela is by far the best manager Lex has had! Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Today during checkout, she informed me that Just Salad rolled out a new in-store rewards system. I was hesitant to download it at first because I’m not very tech-savvy, but she went above and beyond—she pulled up the app on her own phone and walked me through how to use it.
She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident using the app. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer care. On top of that, the food is always extremely fresh, and the overall customer service is top tier. Huge shoutout to Daniela for making every visit such a great experience!

just salad saved our nyc trip. you can find them pretty much everywhere and they have healthy yet yummy options, we went there so many times! also great prices, i never paid more than $18 including special items in the bowls and one drink so good
