Alieu was fantastic! He prepared our salads with care and kindness, bringing great energy to the experience. The ingredients were top-notch, and his hospitality was unmatched. I visited the location at 663 Lexington Ave in Manhattan and will absolutely be back to see Alieu and his team. We've found our new go-to spot in New York!
