I've been a loyal customer to Just Salad throughout most locations in NYC. My visit around lunch at this location was the best experience I've had. The employee who helped me had a blue shirt on which I assume was a supervisor or manager and it looks like he had braids in his hair. I wish I got his name, but he was very kind, knowledgable, and patient with me. I usually get something different every time I go to Just Salad and employees at other locations seemed very annoyed when I ask a lot of questions since I can only eat certain things. My salad was amazing and the place was clean for the most part! He deserves a raise!

The food here is great but sometimes the guests come all at once and overwhelm the workers, but even still they still work so fast!Its truly amazing like watching masters at work, and they're pretty friendly. I love the smiles I get as well as the little conversations that I have with different employees. Staff really sucks, not a smile just frowns and the taller woman who handed me my salad literally said “here take it” … she squeeze a sad glop of dressing and barely mixed it up into the salad, made me a sad on smoothie that wasn’t even mixed properly…..everyone in town literally says to go to chopt instead so I guess I’ll go thereJust close or rehire staff

Haven’t been to Just Salad in awhile and remembered why. The employees make me feel like my order is a burden and half of my salad ends up on the counter. Also ran out of dressing mid preparation and had to take it as is.Theres way better salad options in the area.
