Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey

Shout out to Shakira at 41/42 Madison. I order using the app, and every time I come in, she always has a huge smile and an even bigger “Hey, Chris”. If I’m running late for my pickup, she keeps my salad in a cooler. In a city of 8M+, she makes me feel genuinely welcome in the store.

I went to this location for dinner after work. I asked for utensils when I ordered online and I didn't get any. My winter harvest salad barely had any chicken or toppings and was mostly spinach. The lentils inside were hard and the dressing did not taste very good. The detox cleanse I got was too heavy on the ginger as well and the staff wasn't pleasant. Disappointing experience

Second time in a row this place has screwed up my lunch order. It's a shame because I used to go here regularly, but the last 2 times, my salad has been incorrect. The first time, it was a minor issue where they forgot to add 1 ingredient, ok, no big deal, I will let it go. Today, I ordered the new Maple Crispy Chicken salad - and they forgot...the chicken. Seriously? I get you are busy, but this is basic. Incredibly disappointed, and I didn't even realize their error until I got back to my office. Who has the time for this?
