Shout out to Shakira at 41/42 Madison. I order using the app, and every time I come in, she always has a huge smile and an even bigger “Hey, Chris”. If I’m running late for my pickup, she keeps my salad in a cooler. In a city of 8M+, she makes me feel genuinely welcome in the store.

I went to this location for dinner after work. I asked for utensils when I ordered online and I didn't get any. My winter harvest salad barely had any chicken or toppings and was mostly spinach. The lentils inside were hard and the dressing did not taste very good. The detox cleanse I got was too heavy on the ginger as well and the staff wasn't pleasant. Disappointing experience

Second time in a row this place has screwed up my lunch order. It's a shame because I used to go here regularly, but the last 2 times, my salad has been incorrect. The first time, it was a minor issue where they forgot to add 1 ingredient, ok, no big deal, I will let it go. Today, I ordered the new Maple Crispy Chicken salad - and they forgot...the chicken. Seriously? I get you are busy, but this is basic. Incredibly disappointed, and I didn't even realize their error until I got back to my office. Who has the time for this?

The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I love the food, but apparently the locations in Florida do not accept cash. I wish they would change the policy. I don’t like to be told I have to use a credit card.
Came close to closing hours to pick up something for dinner and the night crew was fantastic and attentive.
I had asked for their names just to be able to write this review. Ronaldo and Manuela had provided exceptional service.
Ronaldo was delightful to talk to and meticulous. He made sure to confirm my allergy and dietary restrictions for the food I ordered and did so with a smile.
Manuela, despite being busy with cleaning up; helped with the pricess and provided fun banter as I was waiting.
I had a long day at work but their casual fun vibe and great service made the night just a bit better. 5/5 stars definitely worth coming back.

This was a treat to my whole food vegan lifestyle. There were things I would have done differently, but this was quite good. Coming here again when I visit Manhatten again next month.
They do also have some chicken on the menu if you wanna bring a friend that’s not quite there yet.

The female who was helping me tonight was very rude she kept speaking aggressively saying “what else” and barely put any of the toppings I wanted. On top of that she tried to over charge me and wouldn’t listen as I politely corrected her. I had to repeat myself 3x and she finally took out the charge for the reusable bowl even though I didn’t purchase one. She didn’t even let me ask for the bread or a fork/bag.

This place is not clean - went to pickup a wrap and when they handed it to me, a bunch of fruit flies scattered from it off it from the counter. Initially I didn't think anything about it but then realized that all the food including the lettuce is completely uncovered, meaning that these bugs are making themselves at home well all the food sits there. Would avoid this location
