great salad and smoothie but even better service. Angel and John were helpful, know the menu and made recommendations as this was my first time. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend. clifton NJ location..
The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.
I love the food, but apparently the locations in Florida do not accept cash. I wish they would change the policy. I don’t like to be told I have to use a credit card.
I’ve already tried the food multiple times. This is not a critic to that. But the girl who took our orders were so so rude to us! So bad attention from her, I would never go back. The salads are great but that girl made me want to leave the store, even though it was heated and really spacious.

After reading the review below I figured I’d share, I’ve found a dead lady bug at a just salad place before, so their practices seems like it needs to be improved as far as washing the greens. This place is a bit disorganized, but my review is mainly for me requesting the healthcare professional discount to be applied, this older Hispanic woman that was at the cashier wouldn’t give it to me quoting the company policy mandates company ID, while I was presenting her my nys registered license, I work around the corner at a wellness place that does not have company /badge ID’s, not every place has badge IDs including just salad employees, no one with badge IDs, I’ve never had a problem at just salad and it’s actually a big reason why I come, because of the discount, versus me going to Cava , across the street . So, this was disappointing & I felt unfair, as my company doesn’t have badge IDs, so my nursing New York license should’ve been accepted. I hope management can relay the message to all staff especially her as she was the one at the register meanwhile I came here Monday and multiple times without having this issue

The employees were nice and pleasant, but sadly i found a dead bug in my salad after taking a few bites. The manager was quick to reimburse me and apologized profusely. Would consider going back in a while once I get over it (the vegetarian proteins make it worth it) but probably the place would benefit from more thorough hygiene standards...

I just received my order and found that it is missing the main ingredient - chicken. Also bread is missing. Very strange.

I ordered over a year ago a grilled chicken salad but did not get the chicken. I called and they told me I was out of luck unless I decided to go to the store to get the chicken. I’m a physician stuck at work for 12-14 hours at a time without breaks. So now I had lettuce without anything else. How is this acceptable for a meal. She said at least you have lettuce. Really?!?! They sent me a coupon which I said I’d never use and wanted my food refunded. They refused to refund me. I never used the coupon bc I was disgusted by the service and response. My coworkers order when I’m not around bc I won’t order… today they wanted to order again and since it’s 1.5 years later I was hopeful things would be different. NOPE!!! I ordered a warm chicken goat cheese salad… no goat cheese. Are we serious?!?! Again contacted customer service who said to go to the store… I have 6 patients in front of me and cannot leave the office… her response was to send a coupon. I said your business failed not once but twice now I’ll never use it… she said well I can refund the goat cheese only which is about 89 cents.. are we serious… I’m not eating this crap… I ordered goat cheese and chicken… this is unacceptable and the responses poor. They want you to order again and take more money with even less satisfaction… that’s greed and horrible customer service. They should refund my meal so I can order elsewhere. Insanity. Never ever again…

I can’t believe this salad was $12. $3 maybe, but definitely doesn’t have the type of ingredients and mix to justify this price point. Recommend going to another salad chain!

This is my second time going to Just Salad, first time was Jersey City-Newport, which was amazing.
Not this one. So I ordered the pick 2 and the salad I chose was the Chipotle Cowboy and half-way through the server told there was no more Pico. So I asked if she can just out what goes in the Pico on the salad. She told me only 1 topping I can choose. Meanwhile her co-worker explained that I should get the tomato and onion that goes in Pico and my server ignored her and said no just one. So a Pico de Gallo has tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, serrano peppers. So you see the flavor I'm missing from my salad. I didn't expect cilantro however there were tomatoes and red onions and i could have been accommodated. I was only allowed the red onions so im not getting the full salad experience taste wise. My server seem like she wanted to be unbothered. She did offer this other salad but it had things I don't eat on it. So I'm not too happy with my experience and I think next time I'll try the other location on 8th and see if they havd everything in stock and better service.
