Don't order pickup at this location unless you want your order wrong every time, or you want to wait longer than the people ordering who came in after you. Two horrible experiences: 4/24 I placed an order for pickup at noon. I came in 20 minutes late, and my wrap was not done. I was asked for the name on the order 3 different times and finally received it at 12:40 - 40 minutes after the time I selected and 20 minutes waiting. I was missing one of my salad dressings. Today, 4/29, against my better judgement, I placed another pickup order. Get back to the office and yet again, the dressing in the bag is not the dressing listed on the receipt stapled on the bag and requested in my order. So again, another $17 wasted on product I cannot fully eat. I wont be back a third time, and neither will my coworkers.

These workers need to stop whispering. Please speak louder and lively so the customers hear you in this kind of atmosphere.They charged me for the reusable bowl when I brought my own + lid. They asked me if I needed a lid at the cashier. But all I heard was murmuring.

Today was my first experience and its fair to say I was impressed.I'm from the UK and here on Holiday with my Daughter, this was local to us as we are staying at the Warwick.Sick of eating quick hits on the move we needed something a little lighter and dare I say healthier.We both got the Chicken fajita bowl, this is something that I would highly recommend, delicious.The food was fresh, tasty and looked as good as it tasted, so good presentation.The staff were very hygienic, polite and friendly and the establishment was very clean, calm with a good vibe about it.So I will be seeing you for the remainder of this week, we leave on Sunday.We love New York so much and will be returning.
