We have all the options where I live and every time I get Just Salad I wonder why I eat anywhere else. So many fresh dressing to choose from.

The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I could not drink protein smoothy.... the straw they gave me was too thin to drink with.... it seems they never thought about it.
Also, there was large chunks of ice and peanuts. did not get mixed properly

I am a regular at Just Salad and today I was so disappointed by the service when I went by for lunch. I had bought a smoothie and a worker with short hair and glasses handed a straw to me and I accidentally dropped it. She then glares at me, rolls her eyes, and audibly sighs to which I said sorry. I regularly go to Just Salad for lunches and I was so so taken aback by this demeanor. I'm a regular customer and for me to receive this kind of service and attitude is unacceptable.
