I just got back from picking up a salad at Just Salad. I requested an extra piece of bread and was charged an extra $0.70 for it. Yes, it’s less than $1, but when you are buying a $15 salad, you’d expect a tiny piece of bread to be free. It seems the company has gotten too money hungry. For that reason, I am walking away.

I recently visited Just Salad and had an excellent experience! The menu offers a wide range of fresh and healthy options, from delicious salads to warm bowls and wraps, all customizable to suit any taste or dietary preference. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could tell they prioritize quality.
Good food here. Meat is sometimes cold but not bad. Worst part about this place is no bathroom. Not sure how it’s possible to have a sit down and eat restaurant with no bathroom. But all in all food was good and healthy so I’ll be back.

This went place went downhill so bad. The salad isn't fresh, yellow and soggy (you have to pick all the rotten pieces out of your own salad). The customer service has gotten so awful. They really try to cheat you on portions and are very unfriendly. It's really sad. I used to love this place so much and come every day.
