I was standing waiting for my order at an empty store. The workers see me waiting and looks at me but still won’t serve me. They are just doing things like sweeping. They wouldn’t drop what they are doing to serve me. Very unprofessional. I had to walk out. They saw me walk out too and still did nothing and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I felt like a ghost.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had today, October 6, 2025, at approximately 3:17 PM, which I believe reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards expected from your brand.
When I entered the restaurant, it was nearly empty, with only one other customer present. A male employee (Hispanic, with curly hair) was sweeping at the time. While I fully understand that cleaning duties are part of the job, this employee made direct eye contact with me multiple times, clearly saw that I was waiting to order, and still chose to ignore me.
I gently knocked on the glass to get his attention not once, but twice and he visibly saw me with eye contact but continued sweeping and even turned his back. At no point did he pause to greet me, say “I’ll be right with you,” or provide any acknowledgment whatsoever. Eventually, I left the store after waiting without service. The employee saw me walk out but still did not attempt to assist or speak up.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and dismissive. It not only cost the store a sale today, but it also left a lasting negative impression on a long time, loyal customer. In any customer service environment especially food service acknowledging guests promptly and maintaining basic courtesy are fundamental expectations. Even a simple “one moment, please” would have been acceptable. Ignoring a paying customer who is visibly waiting sends a message of disinterest and poor training.
I kindly ask that management review the security footage from that time to verify this interaction and address the situation with appropriate corrective action. I genuinely enjoy Just Salad and would prefer to continue supporting your brand, but this experience made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.

The idea of Just Salad is great. It can be such an amazing thriving business. But, feels like the company wants money and the workers are unhappy. That will never work. I gave 5 🌟 for service because people do work hard to make things happen for us costumers, they get crazy busy and I'm saying thank you. I'm writing this review to say that sadly I'll never go back. I've been a daily work lunch customer in 2 locations. Sometimes my salad or wrap had 99% leaves, other times I'd get someone else's order, but what killed me is shown in the picture. Sorry. By miracle, I decided to open up my wrap and throw some greens out....

Literally rude staff… this girl hated being there and helping customers. You really need to train your staff on customer service. A smile does not cost you anything. We work and we pay for the food we’re not here for free food!!!!
