Ordered two identical salads for pick up, both with chicken (this was a make your own salad, so I made sure to add chicken as an extra). When I picked them up, the man at the counter (Saturday June 19 at 5:20pm) made no mention of any ingredients being missing. As soon as I got home, I realized they did not add chicken to either salad. Disappointing and sneaky.

I always have a great experience when I eat at JustSalad, but Paola made me feel extra valued as a customer today. Although there was a lunch rush, she didn’t make me feel rushed as I decided thru toppings or dressings - which was very appreciated!

i order lunch here multiple times a week usually, but i’m going to stop - there have been 2 or 3 times now that i place an order for pickup, i show up at the time i’m told, and they just missed my order or forgot to make it? and then i have to wait for them to make it. i have also had my food given away to the wrong person & have to wait for it to be re-made. salads are good but this is getting out of hand at this point

Anthony and many others have made my salads at this location for the past 3 years that I've been working down here and they make it with so much love and care. The portions are very generous and everyone who works there is so kind and professional. This is my favorite salad spot to get lunch in the entire neighborhood. I highlikey recommend just salad, especially the Hudson street location. Say thank you to your servers and cashiers. A small tip goes a long way at the end of the day :)

I placed an online order and came in to pick up. There were a ton of people waiting and Jesse cleared the place within 5 min. His customer service, attention to detail and efficiency is top of the line. Unsure if he’s the manager but def sets the pace for the rest of the team. Amazing experience during the lunch rush.
