I am a regular at this location and I can say with the utmost certainty that the customer service I receive is 80% of the reason for my continuous visits. I am especially thankful for Sam who always has a smile on her face and knows my order (I have a very specific order with many modifications,) to the t! Not sure if she’ll see this but thank you Sam for always being so gracious, welcoming and super friendly, you always make my day! :)

I’ve been coming to this Just Salad location for the last two years and it’s my go to salad place in all of New York City. First of all the restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and the service is top-notch.
Yinel always smiling always greets me and always asks how my day is going. Also has memorized my order and my fiancé’s every time! She’s one of the best workers there and is super professional always. Ask for her when you pull up.

Just salad is seriously the best salad spot in the neighborhood. The food is great and service is excellent. Yasser and Justin are always so friendly and welcoming! They make you feel like a friend more than just a customer. I literally walk by sweet green because of the amazing food but most importantly the service that I receive from the staff. Recently, I stopped into Just Salad, on the UES. A young man named Ishmael served me, and made me an amazing “earth bowl” with chicken in it. It was so incredibly good. Thank you, Ishmael! : ) And he was so kind and welcoming! I told him that I would have a few bites, and then “take it to go.” But it was such an amazing salad that I must have sat there for (at least) half an hour chowing down!! Once I had had a bite, I couldn’t stop. (I know, that sounds like a big bag of chips. I assure you that, yes, it was actually a big salad! LOL) This was my first time eating in a Just Salad establishment, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is friendly, the physical appearance is pleasant as well as clean and the food definitely rocks. I would love to return! My Best, Kat
