Kabooz's Bar & Grill

I loved this place! The food is tasty and reasonably priced. It's clean, too. It's a great spot for dinner with family or drinks with friends. It's incredible that there's such an affordable place in such a hyper-capitalistic area. I want to open a restaurant like this one in Japan.

I had a great experience at Side Bar! The vibe was exactly what I was looking for—the music was curated perfectly.
A huge shoutout to Berne. I’m usually pretty picky and asked for a drink that wasn’t too sweet; he listened and delivered a Hugo Spritz that was perfectly balanced. To top it off, I asked for a to go drink and the presentation easily was one of the most aesthetically pleasing drinks I’ve ever had.
Great music, beautiful drinks, and top-tier service from Berne. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered grill cheese and it came with bacon,tomatoes on looked like whole grain! Was never told when ordering! Hot chocolate was brown really sweet water! First time but last time! Service was good though

We had lunch yesterday at Kabooz's Bar & Grill in Penn Station, New York City. We tried the chicken steak with vegetables and the grilled chicken burger with veggies, and both dishes were delicious and flavorful. The service was pleasant, and overall, we had a very good experience.

I'm currently visiting from out of town and found this restaurant online, so I decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did! The atmosphere was welcoming and I was seated quickly. My server, Clayton, was a delight as well. He was well mannered and made sure that I received exactly what I ordered, understanding that I have severe allergies. Great service and good food, will recommend to others back home.

I come here multiple times a week after work while waiting for my train. Berne is awesome at Side Bar. Very attentive, funny and remembers my French Martini with Titios!

Been here a few times and usually good service but tonight stood at the bar before a game and was ignored by both bartenders while they constantly walked past me to serve at least 3+ other customers.

This is a convenient bar and grill if you are in the neighborhood of MSG-find it in the rotunda. The food is better than expected. My burger was char-grilled and was accompanied by tasty onion rings. Onion soup was delightful and served with a large piece of garlic bread. Don’t be put off that this is “in the garden”. It’s clean and worth the trip.

Kabooz’s is my standard stop at Penn Station. Now with 2 locations!! Quick service before the train and strong drinks before grabbing a road soda at Primo Cappuccino on the way to NJ Transit! Always recommend!

We had dinner here on June 24,2025. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server was friendly and attentive. We order a couple of drinks. Erik had the Hendrick's Gin Fizz and Cheryl had the Lavender Kiss. The drinks arrived in a good time and were good. Erik ordered the Certified Angus Beef N.Y. Strip Steak Sandwich and Cheryl had the Vegan Beyond Cheddar Burger. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was well presented. Erik's burger was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and was delicious. Cheryl's burger was also delicious. This is a great restaurant inside Penn Station that we definitely will eat at again.
