I’m sorry but I don’t like that chicken over rice. That white sauce a little bit sour. Thankfully I didn’t get stomach ache.

This is the worst food i had never tasted in newyork and the owner is very rude to the customers . Never visit this again
Me and my daughter stayed at The Benjamin in March on a 1 day trip.We landed at JFK at almost midnight so as soon as we got off the metro at the hotel we checked in and went to bed. We woke up the next morning and noticed this food cart across the corner. We checked out of our room and walked across and got us a couple of donuts and something to drink. The were quite good and reasonably priced (for NYC anyway) as well.
The food was good and tasty, portion size was perfect and the prices were very reasonable.
The white sauce was super chunky and the chicken tasted weird also the donut was stale. I couldn’t bring the food back because I had work but I would not recommend. My stomach is hurting now at work

Oh! It is the worst food. I had never tasted such a nasty food in New York . I ordered for shawarma they bought some thing and said it is shawarma...The taste of the food is not at all good.
one of the best lamb gyro I have ever had! too much sauce but other than that was Amazing!! and great prices too :)
This is my go to place from last 4years.The afgani old man is really nice.I always get chicken over rice or mixed over rice. It’s always two types of rice, brown and yellow.Last Saturday got but there was another guy who did not cook neither rice nor chicken.I was asking for extra white sauce which was not there as well. The service gotten worse. Also, they raised the price.Chicken over rice was $6.00 then $7 and now is $9 and amount of food is getting less, so does food quality.
Worst food.. If you have extra money and want to waste, get their food..
His chicken over rice needs work.- Meat doesn’t get any color from the flattop — I wanna see piles of chicken crisping!- Lettuce wasn’t crisp- White sauce lacks intensity- Hot sauce is crystal, not the extremely spicy halal guys stuff
