It's the people not just the delicious food that make this place. Every time we go we have an incredible experience!
Went to Kahlo for my birthday. The food is pricey but oustanding. Wonderful flavors, beautifully presented. I had the Tuna Tostada as an appetizer and the Lubina Zarandeado as my main course. Service was pleasant but could be more polished and attentive.
We had the most wonderful time celebrating our friend, Vinny's birthday on Friday night! The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful when it came to menu recommendations and guiding us in the right direction. Every dish we ordered (which was most of the menu) was delicious and for a very large group (16 ppl), everything came out prepared perfectly, in a timely manner and accurately. The ambiance from the street doesn't look like much, but the inside is beautiful. It was a perfect place for a celebration and we'll most certainly be back!
Food was great. Service was fantastic. We went for a good friend's birthday party and the staff made our dinner incredibly enjoyable. Super accommodating despite us being a large group. Highly recommend.
Authentic, delicious and creative food with original cocktails. Excellent service through 3 courses - attentive but not over done. Highly recommend.
All I have to say is that I will be back for more. This is a great please to have a autectic Mexican food.
Great lunch experience. Food and service were both excellent. My only complaint is that my entree was not hot enough.
I really enjoyed! Everything was perfect but tiny 🙁

Ambience is wonderful, service was good, food is good/fine. Nothing wowed me. I think certain dishes would wow if they had more acid? Like some lime juice in the street corn? We had a nice dinner. Both cocktails and mocktails were great. Biggest complaint was I ordered chilean sea bass which comes with kale, and the baby kale clearly wasnt fresh and had many yellowing pieces in it. Other food was fine, just really expect better for this price point.

Wow, this experience was great. Especially from our server Isabella. The chicken came out perfectly cooked. We were really impressed with all the food. The entrees came late so they comped our sides which we didn't expect at all. All in all it was a very good meal.

The food and cocktails were OK for NYC standard. Our lamb chop was overcooked, but the wait staff compensated us by offering us free cocktails. (She did offer to send it back to the kitchen as well). The cocktails were also light on alcohol.

Visited for my sister’s birthday—while the food was decent, the portions felt quite small for what you pay,and it took nearly two hours for both food and drinks to come out. On a positive note, the drinks were excellent—nicely balanced and well-crafted!

The place itself is beautiful with this against chandelier and colorful surroundings. We went for lunch and thank goodness it wasn't too crowded because having a communication would be difficult. The decor is tearful and the vibe is creative. The food was ok. I ordered the Cabo tacos but the fish was dry inside a thick batter. My friend had the vegetarian mushrooms al “pastor.” and he thought there was too much broccoli on the base. It's continent to the highline but just ok.
