The audio system is trash. The acoustics are trash. The he prices are trash. The screen literally cuts off half the lyrics because they screen recorded (stole) the karaoke from other sources. The origin of this karaoke is Korea and Japan. They should be ashamed.

There’s better private karaoke rooms - came here as part of a birthday night out. The rooms aren’t labeled very well so other customers would open the door, and the room itself wasn’t constructed soundly. There were cracks where the door was coming away from the wall, and there was obviously no insulation. It’s karaoke so it’s going to be loud, but the rooms shouldn’t be able to sing along with each other….
The service was not consistent with the other reviews - we felt forgotten about.
Also, the birthday person specifically wanted Disney songs and there were about five - the selection is mostly pop/rock or old musicals.
The only redeeming thing is that the food was good. I can also see why people in the main room would have a good time, but we moved on to our next spot quickly.

They charged us THREE times as much as we were supposed to be charged! Over $300 for a room that was supposed to be $120. Then gave us a receipt with over 4 fees they never told us would be charged! After emailing management, $155 of my money was returned to me. I appreciate that they responded swiftly to my complaint and did so with kindness. I hope that their practices after this will not lead to complaints like mine. You live and you learn!
