Really cute, intimate place, quick service, friendly staff. They do these rolls, like sushi without being sliced, the rice is deliciously warm and the fish tastes amazing.
Would eat here every week if I could. Best quality for the price rolls. About $20-25 per person and can get about 3 rolls. Each roll tasted distinct and the rice and seaweed were so well flavored.
My favorite was the eel roll. Out of this world.
The wait can get long so would recommend coming off-peak hours.
Hidden Gem in NY. It's a small restaurant and there is always a line at the door. If you don't feel like standing in the line you can order online or at the counter and take out. The food is amazing, they use very fresh ingredients and there are quite a few options of rolls. It's a little pricey but you are paying for the good quality products and the fresh fish.
Unfortunately they do not take reservations, so get there a little earlier.
Sushi Hand Roll!!! yum
Always perfect. Absolutely worth. Don’t miss it if you like Japanese food and you are coming to NYC. Just be aware that this is not a place for staying longer for chatting. It has high rotation.
First off tips are not allowed, wow. And the service was still very good. The fish was very good and of course the hand rolls are crispy, you eat before the seaweed gets soft. The best part, the rice. Sushi rice is the most important component and the cheapest part, but so many places get it wrong. Rice was warm, had the right stickiness and allowed the fish to be the star. This place is definite repeat.
A really great spot! Fuss free and ideal for a quick lunch/snack or dinner. We went at 3:30 pm and can confirm that it’s buzzing at all times of day and night. As a vegetarian, I ordered two cucumber hand rolls and was content with the simplicity and freshness. My boyfriend ordered a salmon hand roll and commented on the quality of the fish being excellent! KazuNori is quick, efficient, reliable and delicious! Would recommend. For more creative/elaborate Maki rolls and increased vegan/vegetarian options - go to Nami Nori instead.

Food is decent for the price. Great service. The corner seat should be abolished due to how everyone is sitting elbow to elbow and the corner has less space already.

Very no frills place, tastes good and line goes quick. I went at around 6:30 and they were out of some of the fish so replaced those rolls with others
A very good concept to eat sushi.
Easy, practical... very delicious.

Nice that you order in line, what would make it even better is if you could pay in line.
