My complaint is about the store's attempt to add a tip, thinking it would go unnoticed. I normally just accept whatever they charge, which is typically higher than the menu price. Thought it was due to taxes and fees. But when I checked my receipt, I see they added a tip on their own. Now I see what they've been getting away with all this time when I'm swiping my card. He showed me one price, then the price changed after a couple of clicks on his side. I'm good off this restaurant now. They've probably spit in my food after I asked for my money back.

1. The Pad Thai was bland, seasoning too mild.2. I asked for spicey... twice... the guy just ignored my order.3. It was take out and not one utensil, not one napkin. Guess I should eat with my hands??It was a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately this restaurant does not give a good representation of Thai food. The cuisine is bland and the vegetables are poorly cooked. I’m shocked to see so many positive reviews for this place.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. Everything on the menu is top-notch, especially their fried chicken and noodle dishes. Their Thai iced coffee/teas are caffinated enough to get your through a long day of work or whatever. As an additional surprise, they will now add boba OR lychee to your drink for an extra dollar. Its the only place serving bubble tea ( milk based) in the area. Kensi is a must try if you like Asian food.
