LEIDY AND SADIE ❤️❤️❤️ best night ever!!!! The best servers and they brought such fun vibes!!!
Fantastic food and great vibe! Such a pretty interior and the nicest staff
Food is decent, not as good as anticipated. Atmosphere is bland. Staff is bad. Just bad people. Feels like a group of miserable people. Always angry for some weird reason. Just an overall negative and weird experience.

Disappointed with our recent visit. Unfortunately, we felt harassed by the security staff at the entrance, who were rude and made us feel unwelcome from the start. The experience only worsened when our server, Navy G., engaged in what seemed like misleading practices. We felt like we were being hustled, and it left us uncomfortable and wary. DONT GO THERE ! THEY ARE DANGEROUS! BE CAREFUL OF THE GUY IN THE PICTURE, THE GIRL TOO AND NAVY G
I would advise future guests to ask for their server’s name before ordering and to stay alert to any questionable sales tactics. We hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for the customers. PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE OF THE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND MISLEADING.
So good. Came here for a birthday dinner with friends and had a great experience. Made a reservation and my party was running late, but the hostess tried really hard to keep the table for us. We were finally sat for dinner and the server was so great at getting food out to us quick. We got the watermelon feta salad, yellow fin tuna tartare, salmon crispy rice, brussel sprouts, vodka rigatoni, and korean fried chicken sando with a side of curly fries. All of the food was amazing, portions were surprisingly big and all so so flavorful. The sando was the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and vinegar-y. The tartare and crispy rice were exactly what you’d expect in the best way.
All my friends and I got a stamp for the club downstairs when the meal was over, and did not have to pay cover! If you do pay cover to get in though, the credit is applied to the drinks downstairs. The only thing is that the service fee is pretty high. Great experience and will come again!

Honestly went here because the hype, the food was good, atmosphere ehh very dark and loud can’t hear my friends eating dinner. Also the service is how I’d describe as while I’m mid bite, eating my meal they ask if I’m finished and if they can take my plate. ??? No prob not
My issue is that we came here for a birthday dinner and when we were done we attempted entering the basement to go out. Apparently you need a stamp so they suggested us to go back outside, wait in line, get a stamp, and come back in ?? no I’m laughing. The fake exclusivity is comical .

I had a deeply disturbing experience at Ketchy Shuby. A staff member acted inappropriately and touched me without my consent. When I asked him to stop, he yelled at me and called security, resulting in me being kicked out.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and left me feeling violated and unsafe. It is shocking that a place like this would allow such unprofessional conduct from their employees. I expect businesses to provide a safe environment for their customers, and unfortunately, Ketchy Shuby has failed miserably in this regard.
Dave is incredible .

Food was great BUT at the bar downstairs, they charged me $82 for 2 margaritas. They had no menu and did not ask us which mezcal we wanted and just charged us this much. Apparently the $8 is “a cocktail charge” AND they included 20% service fee too. When we asked questions they made us feel poor…We asked to speak to the manager and they sent us to the bouncers, who all pretended to be the manager.

We (two girls) went to Ketchy Shuby for dinner & clubbing. The food was excellent.
HOWEVER, the club and bar downstairs is a SCAM. We ordered two margaritas. The bartender asked us „tequila or mezcal“. We ordered Mezcal. We were shocked when we saw the bill: 82 dollars for two cocktails!!!!!???? So 41 dollars for one cocktail each. We have been to many top tier bars in nyc, and this never happened to us before. They also don’t have a menu at the bar, which is crazy! Don’t go there unless you want to waste your money.
We wanted to speak to the manager but there were only 4 employees prior to the door who did not have any responsibility. The manager was not available.
