The woman who said she was the night manager was a nightmare . I won't have any more problems with this place .They're dead to me Popeyes here I come. I placed an online order for 3 tenders combos with potatoes and a drink plus sauces, and they did not send me any sauces, nor did they send me two of the three drinks, which they did charge me for.

I want to start off saying Ronaldo was great- friendly- patient- spent extra time with 2 customers before me explaining the menu👍. And I love KFC and this spot is always tasty- sometimes run out of items and one time waited over 20 mins but I understand food industry and especially fast food. But not this time 🤬This is suppose to be a chicken sandwich?!?! And I never got in the chicken sandwich debate because of course KFC got it beat!! When it’s an actual chicken patty- that’s an inch thick tender juicy flavorful with a little mayo thick slice pickle and toasty soft bun. But WTF is this?? And it’s not a mixup because it’s on the bun - they knew what they were doing- and if so at least give me three even 4 strips.2 little strips do not equal that patty. And I know better than to even bring it up next time- if I go back?? Because this is near the top of the list of skipping giving my money

Every time I walk into this full location the floor is dirty the location is dirty the soda area is filthy dirty insects and roaches all over the the soda machines be very dirty on top of that the manager is dirty hustle don't use gloves be touching the money with her hands scratching her head with her bare hands and then goes to do the food but the main problem and then the location is how they give you the food unproperly cooked they give you raw meat I've complained service time so the manager regarding the food being unprepared and she says that is the cook's fault when she's the manager and she's supposed to be on top of everything once again the store needs to be looked at and reviewed b very unprofessional very filthy very dirty bad for the corporation I will be calling 311 regarding this!!
