Over price and disgusting, French fries are salty with a bitter after taste it's the oil and that is unhealthy, the chicken was dry and too crispy and on top of that it was too salty, this is how you kill a franchise selling oily and salty food if I can call it food, I do not recommend

Staff is always polite and they're relatively quick. My only complaint would be that the floors are filthy and the soda fountain station is always a mess,it's a small place so it's a quick job to handle those 2 problems

My main issue with this place is that they close whenever they feel like it!! Online it says 11:30 but there’s times you can’t order even at 10 because they’ll stop the online orders and they lock the door. I’m sure if the owner knew this he would be upset about it! SMH other than that, everything is fine!!

The food was great my gripe is that the server a,short blonde woman with tattooed eyebrows, at the 4250 Broadway on 181st, was very rude and if I would've taken the food home I would've discovered no dipping sauce also no napkins.. So I asked her for some and she literally wanted to see inside my bag with the food to see if I was lying she also had a problem with me using the bathroom I had to get loud and she finally buzzed me in... Great location well air-conditioned but horrible cashier-server

The staff here are very polite and welcoming, and the whole place is clean and well-maintained. There’s plenty of space thanks to the upstairs area, and they’ve got separate restrooms for men and women, which is always a plus. Overall, a comfortable and well-organized spot.
