Current staff isn’t good. Their vibe is off.It took 20 minutes to make a simple chicken sandwich, and they forgot the pickles.I hope they all get replaced with better workers.Other locations have better staff.I hope this one eventually catches up.

They close @ 815 pm in a Friday not taking orders I was gonna oder 25.00$ in food n you restaurant don't want my business last time I got the food earlier n it was horrible the chicken hard tost no meat I'm really disappointed ?

HORRIBLE!!! I don't even use words like "HORRIBLE" but if the glove fits! ... The service is none. The employees always! Have an attitude and definitely don't make you feel like you're worth anything. They get uptight about anything that you order. Why do they always have to roll they eye's at you. They take forever to make the food and are always lolligaging, not working and just gossiping. The food doesn't come out good. The service is really really bad. I understand working in the food service industry is tough but that shouldn't be taken out on the customer's helping to keep people employed who are also paying for something that is to be provided. It's been like this since they opened and hasn't gotten any better. At first, I was excited to have a KFC in the heights... but this one is straight booty hole ??

Just like alot of other stores in the washington heights area for some reason this kfc store gets away with not displaying their sanitation grade and they have been around for about a whole YEAR. Also, they are VERY slow with the orders and not really attentive.

Hours unclear. They seem to open late and close earlier than posted hours and at a different time each day. Food is good. Workers are simply working, no extra. Good seating upstairs - sometimes downstairs too full or not as tidy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service here! I don't know if it was because the place was empty, but the employee who helped me treated me super-attentively and polite! That is the reason why I decided to leave a review...Kid-friendliness: Clean and maintained space. Stroller slotsb baby chair and boosters.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair assigned seating.
