The shop is at the last part of the concourse down the hall to stations beside the amartek in penn station. Staffs were friendly. Its not a single kfc its a joint venture restaurant type area. Like a good court. Though its small but nashville hot kfc wings was good.

It had been years since O had visited a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and never before the on in Penn Station New York. There is also a Taco Bell, a Tim Horton's, and a Pizza Hut in the same area. The tables in the KFC area were a bit dirty, but given the location and number of customers, I guess that is to be expected. The food tasted better than I expected and the young man who took my order was very professional and polite, too.

The staff were absolutely worst!! The Cashier behaved like she was done with life and screwed up several orders in a row and would not compensate for any of those mistakes, just accused the customers of being wrong or lying. Our meal was missing both sauces and the drink. Will not ever come again and highly recommend to avoid this place.

The chicken tenders was too salty to be eaten.. i bought food for 6 people and no one ate more than a bite.. A total tragedy.

KFC in Florida was so bad. I love it anywhere else. But the ones I went in Florida, really.dissapointrd.
The food taste like it is suppose to. Its fast food after all. I have little to say about the food. Now the service is another thing. In this location KFC is connected to Taco Bell. I've been here a few times since I work in the area. They are beyond slow. I don't find that they are rude they just look miserable and tired. I had ordered something from both KFC and Taco Bell on my last visit. I got my taco first almost right away and 12 whole minutes later I got my KFC order. I was so annoyed and so was everyone else waiting for their chicken. There was over 9 people waiting for their orders and the staff on the KFC side was talking away without a care in a world. Granted it was 1ish in the afternoon and there was gonna be a ton of people. But its insane to me how they have no sense of urgency to get people out of there

Just nipped in for a snack. Quick service and pleasant staff even though it was busy. Cheap and cheerful and tasty chicken. You can't go wrong.

Serious lack of customer service and food not fresh in a not very clean setting means I will no longer be spending my fast food dollar at KFC. The staff don't care. It is too much effort to look anything other than miserable and basic conversation seems like a radical concept. Very disappointed. Ex KFC customer.
