The spicy chicken was ok not as crispy as I like. Had the chicken snackers pretty good. One breast is 5 dollars. They still have taco bell on the receipts

It's KFC in Penn Station, so exactly as you would expect. Slow service, high prices, mediocre food, and watered down fountain drinks. And they are slow with food so if you have a train to catch, maybe try a read made food place, cause this place probably will make you late. But chances are you are going to stop in whether you read the review or not. So happy eating

The shop is at the last part of the concourse down the hall to stations beside the amartek in penn station. Staffs were friendly. Its not a single kfc its a joint venture restaurant type area. Like a good court. Though its small but nashville hot kfc wings was good.

It had been years since O had visited a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and never before the on in Penn Station New York. There is also a Taco Bell, a Tim Horton's, and a Pizza Hut in the same area. The tables in the KFC area were a bit dirty, but given the location and number of customers, I guess that is to be expected. The food tasted better than I expected and the young man who took my order was very professional and polite, too.

On Sunday, September 15th 2019, I purchased the 3pc Golden Tenders at store # G551027, and was charged a dollar for a fictitious item that I did not ask for. When I inquired about it, I was told that I was being charged for the sauce that comes with the purchased. How is this possible? How is one charged for a sauce that is advertised on the menu? I was told that the cashiers were ordered to charge for the sauce. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager explained to me that because it is a franchised, that they are allowed to charge for the sauce if it's not sold as a combo. This is absolutely ridiculous! This franchise is stealing from New Yorkers without them even knowing it. I also purchased the Mac and Cheese bowl. The Mac and cheese bowl is advertised with a soda, a chocolate chip cookie, and did not get either. I have no idea how long this thievery has been going on, but these illegal and fictitious chargers need to cease. I sincerely hope that this issue is present to the proper people in charge, and this can be resolved.

The staff were absolutely worst!! The Cashier behaved like she was done with life and screwed up several orders in a row and would not compensate for any of those mistakes, just accused the customers of being wrong or lying. Our meal was missing both sauces and the drink. Will not ever come again and highly recommend to avoid this place.

If you're wonder how long it takes for your body to fully digest a meal, it's roughly 36 hours, because half a day later, my s*** was very orange from the Cheetos sandwich. This kfc is located in a public transit station, so naturally you will have lots of homeless people. The food is standard aside from my bread being slightly stale. That actually worked in my favor because it absorbed some of sauce and kept my meal from being soggy. The service is also standard. And by standard, I mean I dropped 3 ketchup packets and the guy swept up 2. With that level of jadedness, he'd be a perfect government worker.

I sometimes go here before I board my train to visit family. Sometimes they get backed up, but I've never seen them as careless and incompetent as today! My food came out quickly - great! But when I sat down I noticed an item was missing. I went back and told them, she said it was coming separately. When people are stopping here for quick service before they have to make a train, one would think you'd complete the customers order before calling their number and handing them their bag. They seemed to do this to a few people, all who went to leave assuming they had what they ordered. Not only is that completely idiotic - but then they insisted on seeing order numbers on the receipts! The receipt i'd thrown out when thinking I had every item I purchased! One guy was waiting so long he had to forget about his food in order to get the train. He'd been there so long, and when it was getting down to the wire he asked about his food, only to be told there were still THREE orders ahead of his. Another asked for a refund. It was the most backed up I'd ever seen it. The employees didn't care. They were making jokes about how stupid the costumers were, complaining about wanting to leave, and dragging their feet. Don't work in food service at Penn Station if you can't keep up. Maybe consider hiring a new manager and staff. Crazy.
