I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store on Friday the 13th. I placed an order at 12:00 am, an hour before the store closed, and never received it. When I called the store to inquire about my order, I was informed that the store is closing and that they could not give me any explanation.
In addition to this incident, I have also experienced long wait times on orders placed at your store in the past.

The manager at this location is amazing everytime I come to location she is giving excellent customer’s service she always has pleasant attitude even when It appears she is short staff. She is the reason I come to this KFC I believe her name is Samantha, the other staff are great as well , especially dealing with this area. The restaurant is always clean and organized well.

Decided to try out the brownie for the 1st time and it was a total waste of $9.59! It was so damn hard and stale ! Almost 10 bucks to get thrown in the garbage smfh.
