You pay for service and quality, something you don't get in that place.

This is literally the worst restuarant experience I've ever had. the service was absolutely awful, the staff seemed annoyed that I even came into the store, and was super passive aggressive. The food quality was also sub-standard. I do not recommend at all.

Update- Just called a customer service and they issued a partial refund. No more than that.

This has to be the worst kfc ever I didn't recieve everything in my order they sent me mashed potatoes without gravy also they sent me chicken tenders without sauce and on top of if the biscuits were mushie and musty and when I called to make a complaint they going to yell me there's nothing they can do call the driver because he had to take the gravy and sauce out of the bag. And that i gotta call corporate. KFC needs to be boycott frfr ? ? ? i paid $50 for my order like seriously ? ? nobody has money to waste now I have no use for dried mash potatoes and chicken fingers. I should've just ate Chinese like my son wanted ??♀️??♀️??♀️
The food here is ok but the staff including the so called Manager are unprofessional, rude and have nasty attitudes...The seem very impatient and feel its ok to express their frustrations in Spanish when they believe the customer may not understand them...That's expected in this neighborhood however it shouldn't be tolerated.. I won't be coming here ever again.....
