The staff were quick and efficient and the service itself was good. I would go here when I want my fried chicken and everything else that's good.
Wheelchair accessibility: At least it's not a step up to get in, but it's ramped concrete to allow for anyone in a wheelchair to get in the restaurant.
I was extremely disappointed with this place, I was craving KFC too much. This place does not smell good, it was dirty, the soda area is a disaster, it is sticky due to the dirt and not to mention the chicken, we ordered 12 pieces between 3 and of those we ate 2, it is very sad because as we received it and bit, we packed the food and we give it away. A chicken that feels like it was taken out of the refrigerator and thrown into boiling oil, the corn burnt. The only thing we took was Pepsi to get rid of that sad taste.

The food is warm and tasty. They do make it right. Service: it's bad. Let's start with the mobile orders. it's super 🐌. You need to prepare to wait 15- 60 minutes OMM. Some workers are super lazy and can be rude as hell. Especially this one worker who is always mad for no reason. Face is always looking mean, and when she talks to the customer, it is like yelling. You can't even say hi or be nice to her. Just tell her your order name or number and get the beep outta there. If you are lucky, there's this one nice lady who will make the orders faster. if you order in store, it is a lot better. The orders are made right away (5-15mins). The atmosphere is crowded sometimes and some holiday decorations.

I have had KFC 2 or 3 times in my life. And I can confidently say that I am not a fan. I ordered delivery, so it's expectant that the chicken might not be as crispy. But this was just bad. The chicken was spiced, but to the point it was spiced for the point of being spiced, with no sense of balance and way too much salt. On top of that, it was so soggy, not even remotely crispy. The mashed potatoes were not good, I literally had to throw it away. The biscuits were the best part and probably the only thing I would consider ordering again. Maybe it was an off day, or I just ordered the wrong stuff, but a strong no for me. The best part, and the main reason I ordered it, was the price; but after the meal I had, I couldn't even justify it anymore.

Different texture and taste from the uk KFC but in its own way nice l guess Very crunchy chicken , fries were tasty but the Gravy was water like which had No taste but the colour was spot on I was very surprised by the buttery biscuit which to me is a scone without the jam and clotted cream was delicious indeed The sit in area was very clean and spotless And you need to ask for the key to use to restroom
