Food was absolutely horrendous! Chicken tenders fell flat and were HARD… The biscuits were undercooked and chewy. The staff was completely incompetent. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there was a hair at the bottom of the bucket.. no wonder my large order was ready in under 5 minutes…. absolutely nasty. No thank you 125th.

Food and prices are great. HOWEVER! Either all the employees are incompetent or they are purposefully stealing food from my orders. Because every single time I've come here they've left out part of my order. I've learned to check that I have my chicken tenders and biscuits. The gravy began to get suspiciously watery. Like someone was saving some on the side and replaced what they took with water. Fine. I stop ordering mashed potatoes and gravy. The last straw for me was when my 12pc bucket of chicken was a 9pc. Cause while I dont mind double checking my bag I draw the line at opening up my bucket and taking out the hot pieces of greasy chicken to count. You win Harlem KFC. Im tired of fighting so hard to recieve the food I'm literally paying for. I'll eat somewhere else.

Been coming to this KFC for about 2 years now, and the day I ask for a courtesy cup for water, the guy at the counter refuses to grant it unless I give him $3.85. They have no respect for their customers, and you should just spend your money elsewhere- where you can actually build a customer/business relationship.

The staff is very rude, non educated, they treat you like if they were doing you a favor, not as a customer. The fries were sticky and tasted rotten. Not going there anymore. We waited for an hour when they told as the wait was gonna be 25 minutes.
Very good kfc product but the place is not clean enough and a lot of local weirdo take a rest in the place and scare the costumer

The server gave me wings with feathers and told me to remove them myself...I returned them and she put back with the other chicken instead of throwing them out..... disgusting and unhealthy to customers..at 12 noon they ran out of chicken...Opened at 11:00am...sad and disgusting place

Today May 7, 2025, I went to KFC 125thSt & bought a 16ps meal & was given 11ps. I checked the bucket because it's the second time they doing this, the first time was December 17, 2024, but i didn't notice till I got home, so I payed attention this time, it was not the same crew so it leaves me to think its the reg policy, if customers buy a bucket they get robbed the amount of pieces & this is so wrong..I paid $56.60 including the tax...KFC you need to do better...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I went to this KFC on Tuesday and ordered the $10 special for 8 pieces of original chicken. What I got was an absolute joke—tiny, pathetic pieces of chicken that looked NOTHING like what KFC normally serves. I’ve been to many KFC locations before, and this was by far the worst. It was nowhere near enough food, and I felt completely ripped off.
But the worst part? The employees’ attitude. When I politely pointed out the issue, they couldn’t care less! Instead of addressing my concern, they rudely brushed me off and told me this was “normal.” Excuse me?! Since when is it normal to scam customers with miniature chicken pieces?
This location is a disgrace to the KFC brand. If you value your money and don’t want to be treated like a fool, stay FAR AWAY from this place!
