I am a Chef at Canada's Top Chef College in Toronto, Canada I stop in KFC Manhattan NY before I caught my Flixbus to Canada. I ordered a 2 piece regular combo it tasted so good because i had just took my diabetes type 2 medications so i needed protein to blend in with the meds. The workers do the minimum to try to understand you if you don't speak English. With very few manners and giving you the feeling that they are about to be there. Little education and minimal patience with the public. ❌ I would not return to this place simply because of the treatment of the workers towards the consumer.

Holy cow this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. There were 20 people waiting to order and only 2 people working. One at the cashier and one doing the food.
Very unorganized and the place is filthy lol.
I know it's a fast food place but at least have 4 people working and someone to clean.
I feel bad for the 2 staff because u can see they were under pressure and stress and unorganized.
This KFC place is terribly managed. Their limited space is not wisely used. There are only 3 sitting tables while a long bench is occupying the corridor leading to the restroom. Can they get rid of the long bench and move the self-ordering system from the service counter? It is too crowded in front of the service counter. Where is the manager?
